Texting with Veterans United Insurance
When you give us permission to contact you by phone call or text message at a specific phone number, Veterans United Insurance and its affiliates may send a limited number of text messages (SMS or MMS) to pass along information we think will be helpful or informative. You must be 18 years-old to participate in any Veterans United Insurance text messaging program. Veterans United Insurance text messages are a free service offered by Veterans United Insurance to better connect with and provide information to our customers.
How to Opt-out of Veterans United Insurance Responsive Texts
By texting the word “STOP”, Veterans United Insurance will opt you out of our text program, but you may still receive the following communications from Veterans United Insurance:
- A reply text from us thanking you for your response, and
- A follow up phone call from a Veterans United Insurance representative;
How to revoke your consent to be contacted by Veterans United Insurance:
If you do not wish to receive any communication from Veterans United Insurance, you may request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list. To do this please call us at 1-833-252-8030. You will not receive follow up text or call from us, unless you have made a new inquiry into one of our products or services.
